Soprano, conductor, and educator Kasia Konstantyis driven by her passion for music. After completing her music degree and diploma in vocal performance under the tutelage of Richard Cunningham at McMaster University, she obtained a Masters degree in choral conducting from Western University. She refined her style with Polish soprano Kinga Mitrowska and is currently studying with Charlene Santoni. Throughout her studies she was the recipient of various awards and scholarships. She enhanced her education by participating in vocal and conducting masterclasses in Canada, the U.S.A., and Poland. She regularly performs in the greater GTA in recitals, group collaborations, and as a guest soloist, most recently with Chorus Hamilton. Kasia is currently the music teacher at Hamilton District Christian High School, where she teaches all music classes and conducts ensembles. She has enjoyed being a part of the conducting team for the award-winning Hamilton Children’s Choir and currently sings with the Hamilton Choir Project. Kasia aims to connect healthy singing, expression, and relationships through her singing, teaching, and conducting.
